Install a new under-sink garbage disposal: disconnect old unit, mount flange, wire and connect to existing plumbing. No dishwasher connections, test for leaks and proper operation. Disposal model: CARPACIA G6000. No electrical upgrades required.
Repair or replace approximately 4 linear ft of damaged garage trim: remove broken aluminum trim, assess underlying substrate, install new trim pieces, caulk seams, paint or stain to match existing finish, and ensure weatherproofing. Note if fascia/soffit or structural damage is found. Materials provided; you bring tools.
Remove and dispose of existing pegboard on three walls of a detached double-car garage. Install new 1/4" hardboard pegboard on studs using proper spacers; cut to fit and paint or finish to match existing surfaces. Reinstall pegboard hardware. On one wall, remove and dispose of shelving and replace with new shelving.
